Our cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc has a fine balance of green fig and ripe tropical fruit flavours; harvesting at an optimal ripeness of 23.5 B. The harvested grapes were given 8 hours of skin contact before pressing and settling, and the fermentation was 100% natural. The wine has been aged in 300 L French barrels for 6 months before bottling. Our Barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc flavours consist of a rich and creamy dimension to a tangy stone fruit flavours. The wine drinks with a full mid-palate with a long finish.
