If you are non the wiser you might not notice the difference in our popular Spyseniersberg white blend at first glance. But winemaker, Juhan Hunlun, worked his magic with this one and it’s a whole different story on the inside.
Where our previous blend boasted majority Riesling, with a floral and fruity composition, the new release NV is made up of majority Chenin Blanc, with hints of Chardonnay, Semillon and Viognier showing through beautifully.
Our charming Spyseniersberg label has been left unchanged and depicts all the unique aspects of Montpellier.
